The total received through the giving share fundraiser acts as a food donation to the Food Bank of the Rockies and Child and Migrant Services. These are charitable organizations providing services to low income folks.

The flex pass is offered to those who think they will change their pickup location more than twice during the season. Although it may seem minute, changing a pickup changes the dynamic of the weekly harvest. This fee helps cover extra work to make necessary adjustments for these unexpected changes.
