At Cameron Place CSA we want to Thank all the guest who came to the wine festival and who supported the "Feast In The Field" farm to table dinner. The rain pushed us into the green house and we were so happy to accommodate everyone. We hope you are able to come next year!

Greetings Members and Friends!
Just a quick reminder that next week, the week of June 6th, will be the first week of our regular season pick-ups. Make sure to consult your registration form to figure out which pick-up location and day you have signed up for. We make harvest projections based on those selections, so it's important that you stay true to what you have choosen. The pick up days and locations are as follows:
Tuesday at the farm in Palisade from 4:30-6:30 PM. First day is June 7th
Thursday at the Main Street Community Garden (10th and Main) in Grand Junction from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. First day is June 9th.
Thursday at Teresa Keatings house in the Redlands from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Please contact us for directions. First day is June 9th.
Saturday at the farm in Palisade from 9:00-11:00 AM. First day is June 11th.
The pick-up at the Main Street Community Garden will be a box style pick-up with a choice of greens. However, while we mostly have only greens available and shares are a bit smaller in the beginning of the season, we will set up like market style for the first few pick-ups. This way we also have a chance to find appropriate size boxes per size share.
Also, please do not get discouraged by the quantity in your shares these first couple of weeks. The first few pick-up weeks are always tough to meet value since we are limited in what we can make available at this time in the season. I promise that the value not met during these weeks will be made up when our higher yielding crops are producing.
Blessings and Good Health to all. I look forward to another good eating season with all of you.
Ben Wilke
Garden Manager
Yesterday between the rain showers I was able to take a few photos at our parent farm Rancho Durazno. Our Apricot trees just started blossoming and were are getting very excited for spring!
